About the Founder
Ula Copeland, originally from Poland and now based in Richmond, Virginia, is an experienced video producer with over 14 years in short films, commercials, and corporate, travel, and adventure videos. She founded VOYA Collective as her second video production company, driven by her passion for travel. Ula has collaborated with top brands, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Sabra, Washington Redskins, Martha Jefferson Hospital, Bon Secours Health System, Hamilton Beach, and Weston Brands.
Specializing in the cruising industry, Ula’s global travel experience enhances her ability to connect with international clients and audiences. As the founder of VOYA Collective, she focuses on creating impactful cinematic work that resonates worldwide. When not working, Ula loves showing the world to her daughter and practicing yoga.
