WHO WE ARE

A collective of production professionals and post-production experts.

We bring together experienced production professionals and post-production experts to build the right team for each project-from concept and on-location production through post and final delivery. Working as one collective, we combine deep expertise, creative judgment and seamless collaboration at every stage.

FOUNDER

Ula Copeland

Ula Copeland is a producer with over 14 years of experience across commercial, documentary, travel and branded content production. Her work spans hospitality, cruise, consumer and destination-led projects, with particular depth in complex productions away from a traditional set.

She founded VOYA Collective to build a more flexible model around strong production leadership and post-production expertise. With extensive international production experience and deep familiarity with the cruise industry, she leads VOYA's core team and trusted roster across projects that demand creative judgment, logistical fluency and consistent execution.
