About the Founder

Ula Copeland, originally from Poland and now based in Richmond, Virginia, has been working as a video producer for over 14 years. Her expertise lies in creating short films, commercials, documentaries, travel videos, and social media campaigns. She has collaborated with renowned brands such as Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Sabra, the Washington Redskins, Martha Jefferson Hospital, Bon Secours Health System, Hamilton Beach, Weston Brands, and many more.

Ula established VOYA Collective as her second video production company, driven by her love for travel. With a specialization in the cruising industry, her extensive global travel experience enables her to connect well with international clients and audiences. At VOYA Collective, Ula focuses on producing impactful cinematic work that resonates worldwide, excelling in storytelling and crafting narratives that inspire while capturing authentic moments. In her free time, Ula enjoys exploring different parts of the world with her daughter and practicing yoga.
